Welcome to Health, Illness and Disease I (HID-I). In this course you will be introduced to a multitude of highly specific medical databases, references and tools that you can use to begin your career long journal towards medical information literacy. In this course librarians will introduce you to the concept of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM), which will assist you in unlocking complex bio-medical research for implementation within clinical care and decision-making.
