The Health Sciences Library welcomes the WCM-Q community, including students, faculty, staff, and researchers to the Reading Room! It is a shared space featuring an open-concept layout where library users can engage in independent or group study, conduct research activities, and access other services as well.
Where are we located?
The Reading Room (Room #A001) is located directly off the main entrance of the North Hall Building.
How to access the Reading Room?
During our usual operating hours, all members of the WCM-Q community have free access to the Reading Room and use of all library services. You will need your current, valid student/employee ID for borrowing purposes. However, access to the Reading Room after hours will be restricted to students only and is controlled by a card access system.
What is expected inside the Reading Room?
In addition to providing access to resources, the Reading Room promotes a quiet and conducive atmosphere for learning, working, and research. Since it is a shared space, there are allocated areas for individual study, collaborative work activities, computer workstations, as well as workspaces for library personnel. Library users are reminded to adhere to and show respect for the established guidelines. Go to the General Policies page to learn more about Health Sciences Library Etiquette.
