• Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) 
  Probably the most authoritative list of legitimate open access journals (although note that not all legitimate journals are included)
• Predatory Reports (WCM-Q log-in required)
  Produced by Cabells, this database analyzes over 60 behavioral indicators to identify potentially predatory journals
• Retraction Watch Hijacked Journals Checker
  Produced by the creators of the Retraction Watch Blog, this is a list of predatory open access journals that attempt to imitate specific legitimate open access journals
